Dear Daddy,

Happy 52nd Birthday! I'm sorry that I'm not there with you to celebrate your birthday, but know that I am taking today to celebrate individually by thanking God for you. I know how much you love to read my blog and here is my present to you - a surprise love note and declaration to the world that I am still my daddy's girl.

You have loved James and I selflessly and in doing so taught me how love and be loved. You make it so easy to understand God's love for His children by the abundance with which you love us. I am honored that God gave me a daddy like you - a humble representation of my heavenly Father.
